Please could you also include your invoice (so we know who the item is from) and a note explaining your requirements? Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
For exchanges please include your invoice and a note explaining your requirements. Please note that we only accept returns/exchanges for items that are unused and in the same condition as received by you, with the original labels and packaging still attached. Items that are dirty or have been worn will not qualify for a refund, in this case the item can be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
